MetCentre – Spend $100, receive a complimentary Floral Bouquet

PROMOTER
The “Promoter” is MetCentre, owned by AsheMorgan and managed by Jones Lang LaSalle. MetCentre address is: 60 Margaret Street, Sydney, NSW 2000.

  1. Promotional Period: The MetCentre– Spend $100, receive a complimentary floral bouquet (the “Promotion”) will commence at 9.00am, Thursday 9th May 2024 and conclude at 5 pm, Friday 10th May 2024.

HOW TO ENTER

  1. Make a spend of $100 or more in MetCentre at any of the Participating Retailers.
  2. Spend can be across multiple participating stores and/or transactions, to the total value of $100 or more
  3. Scan the QR code on the in-centre collateral or and fill in all requested details and upload your receipt.
  4. Excludes food and grocery retailers

PRIZE AND DRAW

  1. The prize is $25 floral bouquet, for the first 100 to enter
  2. The winner is immediate, and will receive the reward upon verification of entry in centre
  3. The prize is set and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

  1. Information on ‘How to enter’ forms part of these ‘Conditions of Entry’. All entrants will be subject to, adhere to, the terms and conditions set out by MetCentre and any further terms and conditions or alterations to these Conditions of Entry.
  2. Employees and contractors, the Promoter and their immediate families, all retailers and tenants of MetCentre and the agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate families meaning parents, siblings, spouse, children and grandparents.
  3. If the prize winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s nominated parent or guardian.
  4. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with the Conditions of Entry, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter.
  5. The Winner will be published on the MetCentre Facebook and Instagram page.
  6. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion subject to the approval of the gaming authorities, where required.
  7. If all or any part of the term and condition contained in these Terms and Conditions shall be declared or become unenforceable, invalid or illegal for any reason, such term or provision (or part thereof) shall be deemed severed from these Conditions of Entry and the other terms and conditions hereof shall remain in full force.
